Geothermal Heating and Cooling keeps the bills very low! 6 minutes to West Liberty, 15 minutes to Bellefontaine, 17 minutes to Urbana, 25 minutes to Marysville. Love that this home has woods around the majority of the property. Walking paths are in our small portion of the woods and mother nature provides both Black Raspberries and Blackberries as well. All seasons are beautiful here with occasional deer sightings. Open feel of the kitchen, dining area and living room provides wonderful family time and finished basement is great for entertaining and spending time with family playing pool, ping pong and air hockey. Pool table stays with the home. View off the front porch is also very nice. Finally, the West Liberty Community and Schools are amazing!
